About Me – A 16-Year-Old Teen and My “Toypals Dream”
Hello, everyone! My name is John. I’m 16 years old and stand at 2.07 meters tall (about 6’9”). Growing up, my parents were constantly busy with their business, and as an only child with an unusual height, I found it hard to make close friends or connect with peers. Ever since I watched the “Doraemon” cartoons, I’ve dreamed of having my own robot friend—someone who could comfort me when I felt lonely.
As I grew older, I discovered my passion for programming, and I’ve been fascinated by how rapidly AI technology has evolved. Then I thought: why not create a real-life AI companion that could help people like me—anyone who might feel isolated or left out, for any reason at all? And that’s how Toypals came to life.
